Not so much a hierarchy, so much as people with different responsibilities. I create really crazy ideas, programmers call me stupid for coming up with something so unrealistic, producers help make said stupid idea feasible, community team keeps you guys in check and helps make sure us developers don't ruin the community.
EDIT: Not open on multiple computers, but I do have multiple monitors. Not sure I could live with only one.[/quote]
